Each of us go through periods in our life of self love or self doubt, emotional awareness or denial, and physical strength or physical weakness. It is our job to do what we can to keep us in the mindset of love, awareness, strength, and growth. As we grow up people often believe it is too late to change, too late to grow, and too late to become better. I am here to assure you that is so far from the truth. Anyone that has experienced growth knows it is not found in comfort, but that is what makes it worth it.

When we are strong physically and feel comfortable in our own skin it helps to lift our life in nearly every aspect. Confidence in ourselves physically leads to a stronger growth emotionally and mentally. By focusing on growing physically we are able to not only be stronger but feel stronger in that we will be comfortable with who we are.

Our emotions have so much control over our growth and the way we feel about and react to different situations. Understanding, experiencing, and managing our emotions are the key to building relationships. Emotionally, we need to be willing to consistently grow in order to find comfort in what we are feeling.

Mental growth is necessary to understanding the things we learn. It is the sense of memory, reasoning and intelligence and understanding how to use such things to ones benefit. The journey is just as important as the destination and each of the following tricks will help to understand the little things and the importance of the journey.
